Conclusion of Longchenpa’s “Finding rest in the nature of the mind” (Sems Nyid Ngal gso)
This profound teaching is the first on the path to the Dzogchen (Great Perfection) teachings and is suitable for practioners of all levels. This will be the conclusion of this teaching which Rinpoche began during his last visit in May.
Dzogchen Instructions from Shri Singha’s “7 Nails”
Shri Singa’s final testament, the “7 Nails”, was transmitted to his disciple Jnanasutra as the heart essence of Dzogchen.
